Trefz completed central heating and cooling plant replacements including control upgrades during the Summer/Fall of 2019 and Winter of 2020. The project was phased to replace the boiler plant during the summer to have operation for the fall heating season and the chilled water plant during the winter to have operation for the spring cooling season. The facility required close coordination and communication for construction activities due to the sensitive nature of access and security. Trefz completed the project on time and on budget.
